BEN Initiative Director, Mary Ben, completed her doctoral degree in 2023. On the Food Sovereignty Path, her doctoral dissertation, lays a landscape for overcoming unique challenges of farming on Federal Trust Land, identifies best practices of farmer incubator programs, and conducts a Social Return on Investment Analysis.
